Our grading system

Grade AAA:

  • Items that are in excellent condition with no visible marks, scratches or other cosmetic damage.
  • All features are in full working order.

Grade A:

  • Items that are in good condition with only minor cosmetic damage such as light scratches or scuffs.
  • All features are in full working order.

Grade B:

  • Items that are in fair condition with noticeable cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or other blemishes.
  • All features are in full working order.

Grade C:

  • Items that are in poor condition with significant cosmetic damage such as deep scratches, cracks, or other damage.
  • All features may not be in full working order and the TV may not come with all accessories or documentation.


Return policy


  • To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • The TV must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must include all accessories and documentation that came with the TV.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the TV back to us, and we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
  • Once we receive the returned TV and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns for TVs that have been damaged or altered after delivery, and we do not refund shipping costs.


Warranty Policy


  • We offer a 90-day limited warranty on all preloved items purchased from our website.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • If you encounter any problems with your TV during the warranty period, please contact us immediately to initiate a warranty claim.
  • We will repair or replace the TV at our discretion, and we may require you to ship the TV to us for evaluation and repair.
  • If we determine that the TV is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you of the repair costs before proceeding with any repairs.
  • This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the TV.


Payment Policy


  • We currently accept bank transfer and cash payments.
  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please use the information provided on your invoice to make the payment. Your order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed.
  • If you choose to pay by cash, please arrange to meet us in person to make the payment.
  • We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
  • Please note that payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
